- Engineered dependency-aware sequential and parallel execution across text, research, image, audio, and video tasks, with registry-driven model routing, provider failover, and real-time progress tracking.
- Built AI governance and audit features that record model-selection policies, human review decisions, and incidents, with redacted evidence exports for individual runs and reporting periods.
- Developed an LLM evaluation framework that separates model failures from execution and judge failures, using regression gates and side-by-side comparisons to drive routing decisions.
- Implemented Stripe subscription billing, plan-based usage and spend limits, and per-run cost accounting, plus automated checks that catch provider charges missing from workflow totals.
- Delivered execution timelines, run comparisons, and an approval inbox for reviewing, editing, or rejecting generated drafts before delivery; redesigned first-run onboarding around guided, runnable examples.
- Strengthened API access controls with explicit route authentication, owner-scoped resource queries, and regression tests that detect cross-user data access.
